In June 2016 year Josh Warman joined the Spectrum team as Chief Customer Officer. A former IBM Project Executive, Josh brings to Spectrum elaborate knowledge of the IBM systems and excellent client engagement skills.
Josh worked at IBM for over 9 years, originally joining the company as a Service Delivery Manager for SMB Accounts. He then served as the primary Delivery Project Executive for the Air New Zealand account, managing client relationships with functional and executive level roles from IBM. Most recently Josh took on the senior strategic role at IBM as Project Executive. This involved leading, motivating, and orchestrating the organisation and accounts to deliver the value of IBM’s products and services to their clients.
During his time with IBM Josh procured two Sales Eminence Awards in 2013 and 2014. The Sales Eminence Award recognises the highest performance sellers across IBM who also demonstrate outstanding general performance throughout the year.
Josh achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at University of Otago, and went on to gain his Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington.
